Gaining it back wasnt the problem since I'm still young and growing. I grew a foot taller then when I was when I lost the weight. The problem now is that I gained belly fat and nothing will work to get rid of it. Diet products, ephedra, nothing.I have walked about 3 miles a night every single day for the past 3 years and was on a exercise regimen but got frustrated and stopped. I am 6'2 and 200 pounds. Anything to try to get rid of this belly fat.
