Ok, this my be a stupid question but I get headaches all the time and nothing will take them away I can have them for days and weeks at a time. I have seemed really dizzy lately and I have had a loss of appitite. It may be nothing but I was wondering if any one knew what might be causing this???

Have you told your doctor ? There are so many things it could be and i have no medical background, I am just a person who always has a headache.
It depends on how bad they are; if it is "the worst headache you have ever had in your life " you should tell the doctor that. Also keep a record , a doctor told me to do that. The dizziness sounds scary and could lead to passing out. Be careful.

it can be a number of things...
have you stopped taking a med all of a sudden?
are they migranes? if so seek medical help and they will perscribe u meds to help with the pain.
does regular asprin or ibreprufen help? if not u need an over the counter med...
are u stressed at all?
go to the doctor and tell them about ur symptoms. make sure to answer the questions listed above and tell the doc.

It could be as simple as dehydration or poor nutrition: Vertigo and headaches do come with both. If drinking water and gatorade, and eating a bit more don't fix it though, see a doctor. There could be worse problems underlying it.
