what if tommorow what i ate was like=
grapes and strawberries for breakfast,
granola bar at 11:00ish
milk and peanut-butter crackers for lunch
cheese-stick at 2:00ish
eggs for dinner
and carrot sticks at about 6:30ish
sound good? or no? will i see results with excirise in a couple of weeks?

more fruit, veggies and protein - less processed foods
i dont know how many calories this is but it doesnt look that much
milk and crackers is not a lunch - eat some salad with protein in it and some complex carbs

Are you on a diet ?
The less you eat, the bigger you could get.
The body makes it's own sugar if it feels there is not enough going into it. I mean starch, protein, etc etc.
Eat small, but eat sensibly.

I eat 500 calories for breakfast
250 calories for monring tea
500 calories for lunch
260 calories for afternoon tea
500 calories for dinner
250 calories snack before bed.

I'm 5'7" and weigh just under 10 stone.
And don't exercise.
