How do I say A.M. and P.M. (as in the time) in Spanish?

you say in the morning or in the evening...por la manana (AM) or por la noche (PM). Also, por la tarde is afternoon, so also PM

There is por la manana and then por la noche, or you could try spelling the letters in spanish.

when you are just saying the time of day (ex. in the morning)
BUT
de la manana/ de la noche
when it is a specific time of day (ex. 10:30 in the morning)

P.M.=De la tarde.

am = de la mañana = 9 am = nueve de la mañana

pm = de la tarde/noche = 9 pm = nueve de la noche

4 pm = cuatro de la tarde
