Learn to be self-confident. Act as if it doesn't matter if she rejects your or not -- if she doesn't like you, then someone else will. Self confidence is attractive. Just work on being more sociable and talk to a lot of people. If someone doesn't like you, then act like it is no big deal (you can't be friends with everyone) and move on to the next person. If you are more sociable, then you will develop confidence.
Also, develop a sense of humor. They actually did a scientific study that showed that women are attracted to funny guys (just don't try too hard to be funny -- if you try too hard then it is not natural, and then you will seem too goofy).
But don't try too hard -- just let relationships develop naturally. That is what people mean by being yourself.
And make sure that you keep eye contact when you talk to her. If you have a habit of looking down when you talk, then she will think that you are trying to look down her shirt and get offended. If you accidentally make eye contact with her, then do NOT do what most guys do, do NOT look away (makes you look sleezy or guilty). Resist the temptation to look away -- until she does. Eye contact makes you look confident. Lack of eye contact makes you seem sleezy or just not interested.

Be yourself! If they don't like you then your looking in the wrong place. You should never change the way you are for anyone but yourself. (just a little hint though guys that are really nice girls usually are not into, so don't be mean but don't be a kiss up) Play a little hard to get.

Don't be loud and obnoxious , don't talk about yourself all the time , don't always think your better then anyone else , be polite , attentive in listening ,even sensitive can help sometimes and don't be forceful when it comes to wanting a girl to like you makes you seem desperate and somewhat of a stalker ... then when you get a gf RESPECT HER ALWAYS !!!!!

BE YOURSELF!!!
If you try to be too outgoing or too shy, then they will like you for what you really aren't. But don't sit around in the corner, waiting for girls to like you, you try to make the move. Sometimes girls like a guy to make the first move it shows strength and maturity. Just don't go on to strong.

be yourself and dont try to be cool. it is so UNCOOL. there's this guy at my school who is always trying to act cool and pisses everyone off. (He hardly has any friends) but when he's not being stupid he is realy okay.
So be yourself and you'll be cool.
All girls are different so if you are yourself you will find the right gal for you
