Will you be making no progress if you eat it once a week? Once a month? Since you're pretty much swimming off the calories you just ate...

the diet determines the shape and size of the body not the exercises that are used to stimulate it.

fast food is high calorie with low nutrient value, pretty much the exact opposite of what is needed to reduce the body fat

I've been on a diet for half a year now, ive lost just over 1 and a half stone, i don't exercise. when i tryed exercising a lot for a couple of weeks i had the same problem, it just wouldn't budge!. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so by you doing all the exercise it may be building muscle, that's why you can't loose the weight. Also having a normal sized portion is very important, try small portions regular, that way you won't be consuming too many calories, and you don't leave it long between your meals so you won't get that hungry, hope that helped best of luck.

There is no good fast food. Yes the now have salads and items are grilled but the quality of the food is terrible. There are hidden transfats and a bunch of chemicals that make the meat last longer in them. Also something that cheap means it comes from poor quality. My advise is to start taking your food with you that you buy locally and organically. You may be able to lose weight and eat it but your body will feel much better if you choose to load it up with healthy things.

fast food is very bad for you, not only because of the calories but because of the toxins and the chemicals it brings. its loaded with trans fat and a bunch of stuff they put on the chicken and the meat to make it taste good. Even the salad has sugar and is not good for you. My best advice to you is to stop getting fast food all together and stick to a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegies. Thats the only way to lose weight in a healthy way.

With the alternatives that fast food places are offering, you should be able to choose a healthy, if somewhat high in calories, meal. Being active speeds up the metabolism, so if this is not an everyday occurrence, it should be okay.

it depend on what you order if your only having the burger without the fries maybe not or the grilled sandwich instead of the fried, i know it's hard to eat healthy fast food but their are some less fattening than other always replace your fries with a side salad.

The point is not to eat what you have just burned off, in order to loose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume and the fat/grease is repulsive.
