Maybe ask her if she would like to have lunch or coffee after church. Don't blatantly hit on her, just get together on friendly terms and see if it leads to more. If she's involved with youth group, volunteering or something like that join with her.

Well since you know her from church you should ask her to do soemthing fairly innocent and open so she doesnt take it the wrong way depending how she would take being asked out.
Maybe ask her if you could take her to get some icecream or something. then talk some get to know her better.
Then maybe you can ask her out on something a bit more formal if you decide to.

when she walks out of church follow her and say hi and talk about yourself but dont ask her out yet you guys should know each other first like talk after church! hope you the best!
