I've been doing a lot of jogging to slim up from winter and get ready for summer, and my legs look pretty great and are pretty firm. But I'm still jiggly and bigger than I want to be in my thighs and butt area. What sorts of exercises could I do to tone up this problem area? Would squats work, or would that just bulk up my thighs more?
