am trying to fall pregnant after suffering a molar pregnancy which required chemo to fix.

Yes, it depends on what kind of chemo you had.

The first time I had chemo, I had 3 different kinds. The 2nd time I had chemo, I had 3 different kinds from the first ones.

I think they say sometimes 3mos to a year.

you did what? a molar (tooth) pregnancy? and how do you fall pregnant?

Sorry to be abrupt but I am having chemo at the present time. I am told the chemo will work for months after my last treatment. Some is more lingering than others, you need to contact your physician to see what chemo treatments you had and how long the residual time is.

I have a friend who had a molar pregnancy and chemo, and later had four healthy children!
Ask your doctor how long you should wait - none of us know the drug protocal they used, and it depends on which drug and how much the doses were. Use VERY reliable birth control until you get the all clear - you don't want a child exposed to some of those drugs while developing!
