I had a baby a year ago and tried to loose the weight, you name it and I tried it. It wasn't this hard to loose it after my first one, but she is also 8.
Nothing has worked really well so far so I stopped it all and cut my calories, starting walking and use the body bands, as I have seen a little difference, but not enough for me to be really happy. The worst is my tummy and then a little roll on my back I would really like to get rid of. Now, when I tighten my muscles you can really feel them, but I cannot get rid off the loose skin and fat in those 2 areas.... any suggestions?

You sound like me there a little bit. My first is also 8 and my second is now 5 months. I'm losing weight myself now.

I'm on the Amigo Weight Loss Plan. I've lost 8 lbs over the past 10 days. Still need to cut more calories though, i am yet to come up with a 200 calorie meal. hahaha check it out www.riches.amigohealth.com

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

keep working out and eating right and you will start to see results. Slower is better because losing weight to quickly has a higher success rate of gaining it back. Also it may be mental if you seem to be the only one who thinks you are fat maybe you need a hobby?? If all else fails you can always have the fat sucked out!!
