I guess the meaning of this question is to ask "How did you get that done", as in "Lucky you! How'd you swing that?"

But I'm confused with the "how'd", isn't it "how would"?

Could you help me and tell me when and how do you ask this question? Thanks a lot!

Yes, you are correct "how'd" is slang for "how did." It would be kind of like: How did you get that done? Good for you! The term "lucky girl" is just an endearing term, a nice one instead of using your name. Yes, English can be kind of hard to understand when we use slang and words with different meanings.

It's short for 'how did', not 'how would', in this case, at least.
