okay so i did 500 sit ups and 50 push ups and i went on the elipticle for 30 mins burning 430 calories!! and now i'm really hungry!!! right now it's 8:55!! I want to lose weight but i'm soooo hungry!!
Should i eat????
What should i eat exactly???

Try eating some pineapple chunks or some other type of fruit.

Celery or raw carrots. And drink water.

And keep in mind too that you don't really have to do all that exercise at once: It will work just as well or better spread out over the day. Not to mention exercising right before bed isn't such a good idea because it revs your body up to work instead of relaxes it so it can rest.

yea i think u should after burning that much...but first try to drink some water.alot of the time wen u think ur hungry ur really just thirsty.it will help you loose weight because alot of people just eat wen theyre really dehydrated.if ur still hungry afterwards then eat someting light and healthy and dont like gorge because you might eat more food than you really need.

Hi, you should go on the loose a pound a day diet!
You can still eat great foods and loose a pound a day . You can consume at least 1600 calories a day. Look this diet up on the net. I heard of it through Oprah

well first of all dont eat junk food it would make no sence and if ur hungry drink water it will help or if yiu gonna die of starvation then well have some fruit but not the canned fruit the reall kind

You should eat something light but filling like nuts. A SMALL handful of nuts with raisins. Plenty of water. This will give you recovery carbs and fill your cravings. Just keep it to 1/4 cup of nuts.
