Depends on your current weight. A heavier person could eat more and still lose weight, than what a smaller person could.
Usually about 1200 to 1500.
1500 is one pound lost, so to lose a healthy 2 pounds a week eat about 400 calories less per day than you currently do.

That depends on your weight, height, and how many calories you normally consume in a day. I suggest you write down for a week what you eat. And also check your weight at the beginning and the end of that week to see if it overall maintained at the same weight. Then see around how many calories you took in and reduce from there. I had to loose 10 lbs in a month on a bet, and I am 5'7'' and was 140 lbs. I had to lower my calorie intake to 1250 a day to still loose and exercise 5 days a week, where I burned around 500 calories a day in the gym.

Less than you consumed before you started dieting. That coupled with more exercise should work for you. My Amigo diet plan recommends 1000 to 1500 a day.

That depends on your age, height, and weight. It also would depend on how fast you want to lose weight and how active you are.

If you search on the internet you can find websites that will show you exactly how many you should have. My guess would be around 1400.
