My delima is this-----you meet guys with potential to be in a serious relationship...but as time go on and sometimes they tell you right up front....I am not ready for a relationship, or I dont know what I want right now.....why is this?

You sound like you would rather they lie to you.
Men don't have a problem committing, if fact they want to be in a committed relationship. The problem is with women, they have no idea what that term means. They want it to mean something other than what Websters says.

Could be fear of getting hurt, more than likely just want to play the market some more. Just by using the words "potential" means you expect a lot out of a guy. I'm guessing that you don't offer enough in return so they move on.

The reason men don't like to commit to women is because they don't like to settle on one woman. Younger men want to be with as many women as possible. It isn't until around their mid to late 30s' that they finally wind down and get ready to commit to one woman.

maybe if the guy is not that inlove with the girl, he'll never love to commit or maybe not yet ready for any responsibilities.
