i'm thirteen years old, about 5''4 and i weigh around 115 lbs.
i want to lose weight SOO badly before the summer starts, and i can't really stay commited to frequent excersise.
i guess i'm not thaaat fat, but i would like to have a flat stomach and thinner legs.
any suggestions?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Do dog kicks. That is when you get down on all fours. Then you pick up your leg like you are a dog peeing on a fire hydrant. Pick it up then bring your leg down but don't let it touch the ground. count down from 20. Like this. 20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 then switch do the other leg then start from 19-1 all the way until your at 1. IT WILL HURT. you don't have to start at 20 but you can work your way up to it. Try doing 3 minutes of jumping jacks non stop. do 50 slow push ups and crunches. do ten push ups then roll over and do ten crunches. Work your way until 50.

omg im exactly the same-13, 5'4" and 115.its totally not fat.everyone says im in really good shape.just do like crunches an stuff to get a flatter stomache but u have to do them everyday an you have to like increase how many you do.an if you want thinner legs i guess try eating jealthier because if u like run your muscles will just get bigger.but honestly youre not fat.

im 5'2" and i weigh just under 115 lbs. people tell me im small and i know i am but i dont believer myself i guess. i think your fine and you dont need to lose weight but like me, your trying to compare yourself to others without even knowing it.
