The resistance is found by dividing the voltage applied by the resulting current. So that means 9/.001 = 9000 ohms

R=V/I=9/0.001=9000=9 Kohm

Resistance = Voltage ÷ Current.

R = 9V ÷ 0.001Amps = 9,000 Ω
