I was eating at a local chinese buffet and found a strange roah/crab looking thing in my food. The waiter was aghast and the cook who came out to see it gave some half-@ssed explaination of how mussels commonly eat crabs (which... is just plain stupid). What legal actions should I take?

That happens at Chinese buffets. I told the employee that bugs in my food. She didn't look surprised and gave me a "bugless" free meal.
