Definitely St. Elsewhere! It was a drama centered around St. Eligius hospital (aka St. Elsewhere)...and the last scene revealed that the entire series was a daydream/fantasy of a young autistic boy.
Also, The Wonder Years *did* have a very disappointing ending, what with Kevin's ending narration that he picked up Winnie at the airport when she returned from Paris, with his wife and child in tow. Whatever happened to happy endings?

Not sure how old you are, but there was a show when I was younger called the Wonder Years. The ending was lame and really P(#$%#D me off. It was like a normal episode with a little blurb at the end telling what happened to everyone.

tonight the King of Queens ended i liked the way they ended it but... it just seemed they rushed it.. it was an hour long but they just the ended at the end of the hour...will miss that show. Rosanne also ended bad to... i dont get how she ended it writing... was what she was saying what happened like mark was with darlene? and did dan really die?

Arrested Development. It ended too early for starters. And also, since I guess they weren't sure it was ending, it didn't wrap up the series at all.

Mad About You. Paul & Jamie struggle through the really rough patches in their marriage and then in the finale, we find out they end up divorcing anyway? I agree - why can we not get a happy ending?
