OMG getting tickets is the worst thing in a 350z i have a black z and you would think that black would be a good color to have in a sports car, well its not. of course i have alot of stuff done, turbo kit dual exhust and some other stuff but i mean it sucks. everything else is cool. My husband and i have had it since 2004, we got it brand new. They are great cars. alot of fun to drive as well. good luck. Hey email me if your interrested in joing the " ALL ZED UP CAR CLUB" WE GO NATION WIDE. good luck with your z.

Slightly harsh riding but I like to feel the road. They are great cars. as always buy the best example you can afford. And get the Z checked over at a Nissan mechanic shop before you buy it and CAR FAX would be in order for anything over $20,000. Or just go out and finance a brand new one. And actually it is the driver that gets the tickets....Z's are not any more lickely to get tickets.

The biggest gripe that I had when at the dealership testing one was the tacky interior. If I'm honest, 35K USD should get you something more upmarket than a retooled Altima dashboard and trim. But other than that, the car's performance is spot-on. I'm seriously thinking about buying one myself.

If you plan on modifying into boost, rebuild the motor. I've supercharged mine to 385hp to the wheels on stock motor and it blew a rod in less than a year. That's on 8-9 psi. Luckily I've replaced both motor and tranny for 2k.

Key Point... REBUILD INTERNALS for boost.

The front end can EAT tires if the allignment isn't bangon. it rides like a lumber truck (rough), but holy **** can it handle, VERY little body roll. Not many problems with them unless its a convertable.
