They are from the song "It Had Better Be Tonight", also called "Meglio Stasera".

What does meglio stasera mean?

And what does fa subito mean?

Grazie!

"Meglio stasera" is literally "better tonight" and not as suggested by previous answerer "it's better tonight" (that would be "è meglio stasera").
"fa subito" it's weird Italian. I know it's from the Michael Buble's song but itsn't correct.
It should be "fallo subito" that means "do that at once" or immediately, straightway
Alternative could be "lo fa subito" and this means
"he/she does that at once"
As it's posted "fa subito" means almost nothing.
