I used to use a 3 gallon bucket, with 2 gallons of juice. I used cranberry juice, but use whatever you prefer. Put the juice in the bucket. Then boil about a half a pound of sugar or so into water until it turned to syrup (however, apple juice is already very sweet, you may want to use less or none at all). Pour the syrup into the bucket with the juice and stir it up well. Then take about a cup of the juice with the syrup mixed in and heat it in the microwave until it is luke warm, not hot. Mix in one packet of baker's yeast. The warm juice will activate the yeast. Let sit alone, and after a half hour or so, it should form a foamy head, then you know it's ready. Dump this into the juice and stir well. Cover the bucket, but leave a small hole in the top, because gas will be formed as a byproduct and will expand. Test it after a couple of weeks, to see how see how strong it is. Let it sit another couple of weeks if you want it stronger. This stuff won't taste great at first, so it may take a few times to get your mixtures to taste right, and the yeast will leave a slight bready taste.
You have the basics to make alcohol, not fine wine. It's not great, but it will get the job done. The more yeast, the more alcohol, but it's gonna hurt the flavor. I'm assuming you're 21, right?

1. Put the baking yeast into a cup of lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 mins, then stir and let it sit for another 5 mins or until dissolved.
2. Dump the sugar into the apple juice, but don't put too much of it in. Apple juice is fairly sweet already, but if you want a higher alcohol content, just load up on sugar.
3. Pour the cup of water and yeast mixture into the juice. Stir everything lightly.
4. Get a balloon and securely and tightly fasten it around the neck of the bottle of juice. Allowing oxygen to enter the juice will ruin the wine.
5. Watch as teh bubbles rise - this is fermentation (sugar being converted to alcohol). When the balloon inflates too mcuh, poke a hole in it with a pin and deinflate it.
6. After a week or so the rapid bubbling should die down. Let it sit for another two weeks or so to settle, and the bubbling should die down.
7. Pour the liquid from the container into anothe container (if you can through a filter or a siphon hose), but if not pouring normally works, just be sure to leave an inch or so at the bottom to leave out the dead yeast. It won't hurt you - it just doesn't taste/look good.
8. The wine is now ready to drink, technically. It won't ahve the best taste - but you will get wasted off it. If you can, put the balloon back on, and let the wine sit for another two weeks, or a month if possible, and then drink it. Your patience will pay off. Basically, after two weeks it's alcoholic, after a month it's drinkable, and after three months, it's good. Wine matures with age, but if you just want to get ripped, don't bother aging.
Good luck and be careful to clean your equipment and drink responsibly!

You can't make beer or wine with those ingredients, but you can make some nasty hooch.
If your apple juice has any preservatives in it (it probably does), there's not much you can do with it. If you're just looking for booze (I'm assuming prison or Iraq), just fill a container 2/3 - 3/4 full of heavily sugared water (sugar should be completely dissolved) and add some yeast. About a small handful per 5 gallons. Cover (not air-tight, though) and let the concoction foam for a few days to 3 weeks. Pour off your nasty tasting booze and pour in some more sugar water. Repeat.

You cannot make beer with your list of ingredients. You need malt and hops for it. You could make a very poor example of apple cider, but I wouldn't want to drink it.
