The stigma associated with suicide is very powerful but it is wrong. Please don't let it stop you from getting help! You don't want to stay anonymous. Keeping your suicidal feelings secret only keeps you in prison with your pain. You feelings are very treatable. Tell people. Ask for help. If you are going to hurt yourself, go to the ER or call 911 and they will take you there. I and all these other people care enough about you to answer your question. Care enough about yourself to get help.
If you or someone you know has thoughts of death or suicide, contact a medical professional, clergy member, loved one, friend or hospital emergency room or call 1-800-273-8255 (TALK), 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433) or 911 immediately.

When u think u are going to commit suicide talk with a professional mental health worker like a psychiatrist. There are medicines that manage depression really well and give you some peace. You may need to go into the hospital until your depression gets better but it's worth it. I know because I have had a long battle with depression and I know what works. Also, you will need to talk with a professional to try and overcomes your depression while at the same time taking your meds.

every now and again I get the urge to want to just end it all. Talking to my doctor really helps because it gets me out of my head or at least lets someone know what is going on in my head. I know it sounds lame but when things start to get a little crazy i try to just lay down and not move. Usually i fall asleep and things are a little better when I wake up. Finding a doc is really crucial and if you need immediate help call 911 or get to the nearest emergency room.

You need to have a support system of parents, family, friends, teachers, neighbors etc who you can talk to when you are feeling down and who really care about you and want to help. Also, being anonomous may not be the best thing because you need to get help whatever way you can. Call 1-800-784-2433 ASAP to get yourself the help you need but also get a support system like I mentioned before as well as find a counselor in the area or other mental health professional who can help you, talk to your school nurse for help in finding one. Good Luck!!

Alright, relax.
First, get this book: FEELING GOOD: THE NEW MOOD THERAPY. Any library should have it, or can interloan it. It has mental exercises that have been very effective in the past.
Second, book: SELF ANALYSIS
It's some of L. Ron Hubbard's work, and it also works very well. Dianetic Auditing works the best, but these are things you can do all by yourself.
Write me privately if you have any problems. We've ALL been there (or will be) whether it's admitted or not.

The law requires all health services to keep your ID confidential so go to the first hospital at once and ask for help. They will help you. Don't rush death, life really is too short, I almost did the job 30 years ago. I'm really glad I failed. I now have a great husband, 1 kid, 3 grandkids and 8 great grandkids. All so precious, I;m glad I lived to enjoy them .

The first thing you need to do is search for help. Parents, family, friends, teachers, school physchologist. ANYONE - You are to precious - there is help out there. If you don't know how to find it, talk to anyone of the above people and ask them to please help you. Tell them your scared, and you need their help. Suicide is not an answer, not for you, and not for your family and friends that care about you. I don't know how old you are, and it really doesn't matter, Suicide thoughts don't just penetrate the brains of a certain age group, but there are different periods in our life where things just suck, and its easy to think "Gosh - I can't handle this", but the truth is, you are stronger than you think, and you can handle it. I know you don't want to do this, you wouldn't be asking for help here if you did. So PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, call someone, you might be pleasantly surprised at the response you get, and you might just find out, that your not alone in your thoughts, and when we don't feel so alone, it makes us feel better to know that others suffer just as we do!! Good Luck -

I think it's as a result of frustration or fear of the unknown or perhaps a temperamental trait which makes you feel hopeless about life. One thin I think you can do is get born again(I mean give your life to Jesus) and let Jesus handle it all ...I'm sure he can transform you totally into a new, happy person that you don't even think you can become.
