I hate mayo!

I like the taste white bread over some wheat breads, so I buy the wheat breads that taste like white, or I buy the wheat breads that I actually like the taste of. Wheat is so much better for you, and white bread is actually very bad for you.

In reality, I prefer to use sourdough bread for my sandwiches & toast, but of the two choices you gave I buy wheat bread that tastes like white, so I get the health benefits & the taste I enjoy!!

Since I've started eating healthy: definately wheat/no mayo

Before: Any bread/ loved mayo, especially on hoagies!

Whole Wheat or Rye... I haven't eaten "white" bread for 30 years or more.

Yes, I like a little mayo with turkey and tuna salad. I won't eat "Miracle Whip" though...

white bread is better, but wheat bread is better for you. mayo is ok. but i dont like a lot of it!!

WHOLE WHEAT IS THE BEST FOR YOU. IT'S GOOD FIBER AND JUST PLAIN HEALTHY. WHITE BREAD IS BLEACHED WHEAT AND THAT'S JUST THE START OF WHAT THEY DO TO IT.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BACK OFF OF WHITE BREAD AND START MOVING OVER TO WHOLE WHEAT. EVEN CRACKED WHEAT OR A -GRAIN BREAD, (SEVEN GRAIN OR TEN GRAIN). THE PLAIN BROWN, SMOOTH BREAD THEY CALL WHEAT, DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT. IT HASN'T DONE ANYTHING FOR ME.
