Am I the only one to call a love movie a whore movie?

Almost every love movie out there the main actor has had more than one lover. The woman more than one lover. So as they bang around they find one another, and call it love. Then hears the big thing, they get married, by doing this they call it love. I call it about time they stop suffering the lord God, and stop throwing your selfs in hell.

can some one find a virgin love movie.....u know to love both body and spirit.

Man, it sounds like you have way too much time on your hands. If you REALLY want to follow Jesus- then give away all your stuff, stop wasting money on movies when people are dying of starvation and disease, give your computer to some poor college student, stop judging and hating, start loving, and find somewhere to serve. Seriously man. Do you really think that if Jesus were alive today he would go to the movies??? Do you think he would drink Lattes? Do you think he would be on Yahoo! Answers? No.
Jesus would seek out the lonely, sick, sad, hated, sinful and love and accept them. If you REALLY want to find Jesus, then start there.

If true love couldn't be found in adultery they would loose 50 per cent of the box office; and make alternate life styles and the 'industry' look even worse.

If the girl is a virgin love interest and is the young man's first love; they are not against killing them both. Makes for a few more crocodile tears and more bucks.

i would stop watching movies and learn correct grammer.
Then why don't you allow yourself to go to blockbuster and you'll notice theres a lot of plain and simple love movies. Where theres virgins and people are sweet. funny how i've seen 50 of these but maybe i've only seen only one of the kind you're talking about. And by the way, you talk about stop suffering the lord and thorwing yourself in hell....

Whether you disagree with it or not, that's how many relationships work in real life now, so that's how many movies will be made. I've never heard them called that, and I certainly wouldn't myself since I don't trash talk people over their sexual history.

I don't watch many love movies, but here's one you might like: it involves a man and a wife who only slept with each other their whole lives until the wife dies, and then later the man falls in love with a woman who is also a virgin. (They set up some contrived circumstances as to why they were all so inexperienced in dating and sex, and I don't remember if they ever came out and said they were virgins, but it was made pretty obvious.) The whole plotline was fairly unusual for a Hollywood love movie anyway, and sex/virginity was not a big part of the plot anyway, so it was memorably good:

Hollywood is full of sin. This is why a lot of the earlier Christians would not allow a TV into their home.

But yes movies as you are talking about are full of sex and lust.

And people wonder why the divorce rate is so high in our country.

From drugs to alcohol to sex and murder sin is made popular in Hollywood.

Hallmark channel may have some decent movies but I haven't watched any of them. But they do seem a lot better than most. esp. the ones by Michael Landon Jr.

There are those, too. I'm sure you haven't seen them all, so if you did a little searching you would find them. People in this day and age can relate with the "whoring around" a little better, as many people tend to have sex before marriage in this day and age.

Remember that only God can judge them. You don't know what leads people to be the way they are, so be nice and don't call names.

Yes I agree. Virginity is rare today, and most girls around the world, particularily in America, are becoming self-absorbed whores. Yet for them it would be considered "liberation". Now if a guy had more than one lover, it would be like "wow, what a pig he is!" the hypocricy is unbearable.

No, your not the only one. I don't like movies like you described either, in fact there is a reason why they call it HELLevision and UNHOLYwood. I don't understand why so many would want to sit and whore around on the couch all day with satan, watching lust and sin.
