I lost 15 pounds in about 2 weeks on the Fat Smash Diet. It's by the doctor on Celebrity fit Club. I lost all the weight in the first faze of his diet, which lasts 9 days. I also bought and used a pilates DVD. There's a lot of stuff you have to cut out in those 9 days, but there were a lot of alternatives so I didn't feel deprived. And this website fatsmashforum.com was a lot of help. it's got a lot of recipies and suggestions. It's not owned by the guy that wrote the book, but supposedly he's visited it and said everything they had on it was okay. My schedule got really hectic, and I stopped following the book and exercising about 3 weeks ago.....I haven't gained back an ounce. I plan to start back in about a week.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

DANCE- a few years ago i was at this broadway camp and we danced almost all day long!! i lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks.... BUT i did gained it right back because i was not eating properly :(

weight watchers, is the only diet that works for me u can lose 5 pounds a week.good luck.
