"It's a lovely bight moonlit night" - I believe the expression traditionally ends with the optional suffix "the nu" - "now".
The language is Harrylaudergaelic, sometimes known as "Scots". Some linguists of a more purist persuasion describe the expression as being, like Sir Harry Lauder, as Scottish as plastic porridge.

It's English, believe it or not, but said with a broad Scots accent, thus:
It's a braw (broad?) bricht (bright) mune-licht (moonlit) nicht (night) the nicht (tonight).
I'm not exactly sure of the intended meaning of "braw" here, and the "ch" should be pronounced as in "loch".
My mother (who was Irish-Jewish, not Scottish at all) used to recite this.

The "TRANSLATION", that you seek, goes, something like:- "IT'S A GOOD, - BRIGHT, - MOONLIT NIGHT, TONIGHT!"
The Scots use their OWN dialect word, "BRAW", to mean "GOOD", - and ANOTHER, - that's the word, "BRICHT", - translates, as "BRIGHT"! "NICHT" is, - I think, - fairly, SELF-EXPLANATORY, as "NIGHT"!
