I know all the bascis to loosing fat, but is there any good secrets I should know about that can drop the weight on my tummy FAST?

the only way - overall weight loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I live with two physical trainers and I've heard them talk about all the things about exercise and weight machines that are useless compared to simple exercises.

From what I understand, according to the "experts". The best most effective way to loss tummy fat for male or female is to RUN. I was told jogging is a good start. But, if you want that flat len or for men six pack abs then RUNNING is the best and fastest way to loss the tummy. Basically high level cardio.

to be honest you can't lose weight in just one area. Go running about 5 times a week and if u keep it up you'll lose weight all over including your stomach. Also crunches and reverse crunches work magic. My friend did 500 of them a day and her stomach changed dramatically... 500 is a bit pushing it tho. Start out with a lower number first and work your way up. Another thing it any type of aerobics where it involves using ur stomach or twisting ur sotmach or hips works good too. Good lukc :)

Get an AB lounge. It works very well and isn't hard on your back and neck like regular crunches

there is no way to target weight loss, you can target muscle gain..
