So many times the illegal is permited to stay in the country. Its not fair to those who have waited and paid the money necessary to get papers legally. WIll the government give us our money back? Why are we punished for obeying the law?

You are not being punished, you did things the right way, now you have the same rights & freedoms as any other natural born American citizen. Welcome aboard! Walk down the street with your head held high, look people in the eye, knowing that you will never have to look over your shoulder, that is worth more than any amount of money ever spent. Righteous dignity.

Good question. IMO, I don't think it would be that hard to FIND the illegal aliens. You would just have to find places which produce a large amount of goods and not pay out much in payroll taxes. It would be time consuming, but doable!

Star...tell me more about this "economic collapse?" How would it happen, because from what I have seen illegals will get out of paying taxes time and time again. The fact that they live 20+ to a house and destroy areas (the houses that they live in) and REFUSE to pay property taxes testifies to their true intentions and the true personalities of the illegal aliens. In truth life would be BETTER if they weren't here...Hospitals would be able to make ends meet, schools wouldn't be over crowded, and there would be less accidents and crime. USA citizens would have jobs and the money would stay IN THE USA and not sent back to the illegal aliens place of origin!

An illegal without car insurance killed one of my friends in a motor accident last week. Do you know what they did?

They hauled my friend away in a body bag and let the illegal GO. He KILLED someone, and they LET HIM GO.

You tell me. What kind of asset do you think that HE will be to this nation?

I'm sorry that they are making things difficult for you, but you're doing the right thing in getting here legally. There will be many more opportunities for you when citizenship IS granted (you can actually work for a decent wage, be eligible for health insurance, and get social security or a 401k for retirement). It's nice to see someone with some integrity.

Because they don't want to.

The immigration issue is a perfect example of the failure of democracy. The American people, overwhelming want secure borders and limitted legal immigration. The 'powers that be' - the two political parties, don't. They want massive immigration to keep the population growing, depress wages, increase tax rolls, etc. So, since no representative who ever voted for what they really wanted would be re-elected, they simply put the laws the people want on the books - then don't enforce them.

Why are illegal aliens who have already broken the law and are criminals lavished and coddled by the government and large corporations, while American citizens - be they white, black, or hispanic, are pushed around, surveilled and lectured by Big Brother?

The plan is to piggy back the agenda to merge the U.S., Mexico and Canada into a North American Union onto the openly stated invasion - the Aztlan reconquista and the radical annexation of the American south-west.

I agree with you totally, you should demand your money back!
I don't know why illegals are given special privileges as apposed to legals.

I agree. Why do we have so many illegal people in our jails...why do us U.S. people have to pay for them.

Lack of resources, and some areas would economically collapse if all the illegal immigrants left, and the people know it.

Deporting people is costly.

You're just living proof that "no good deed goes unpunished."
