I do boxer conditionning that includes 20 minutes of core/ab training, a 20 minute run, and 20 minute circuit training. I usually end around 8:00 pm.Thx.

you're on the right track, the banana and grapes will give you the sugars (simple carbs) to help replace what you've used and the yoghurt is a good source of calcium and protein.

another option is to try a protein shake.

it would be better before working out.
after workouts body needs protein.
