I loved my time in the Corps ('94-'00).

The best advice I can give you is this. Don't go in expecting to change things. The Corps really is a man's world and should be that way. If you find dirty jokes and pictures of naked women offensive, stay out.

You will meet some really awesome people and so some awesome things. Some of my best friends and experiences are from my time in the Corps.

Boot camp is great, but you have to remember that you want to be there...don't give up!

thank you on your decision to serve your united states of america. i'm not gonna BS you. genuinely you are able to attempt ROTC and faculty while you're quite able to doing so. purely in view which you dont pass to Marine Boot Camp as enlisted, wont make you any much less of a Marine in case you come out as Officer. besides after ROTC you will would desire to pass to the common college, which makes Marine officers, and Marine Drill Intsructors being there, so which you will notably lots get a matching journey. yet its as much as you, you are able to genuinely enlist and you will proabably appreciate it and get your college degree. maximum human beings enlist because of the fact college isnt an decision, if finacially you cant pass , identity say enlist. yet you are able to communicate on your loved ones, i think of the choose be waiting that may additionally assist you out extra.
