im going to try out for my highschool's girls golf team
and i have the Callaway's GES clubs. Are those legal
to play with? I'm asking because all the clubs are hollow.

Goto www.USGA.com and they have all the rules. You can look at the list of NONCONFORMING CLUBS in pdf file. You can see what golf balls are illegal too as well as check other rulings. YES those are legal.
