The shaktipat is nature’s boon for quantum leap ( Kundalini shaktipat )?

Question

The main question of every disciple is which is the right way to spirituality? How to progress faster in sadhana?



Is there any scientific way for awakening of Kundalini? The methods/sadhanas in all religions aim for the spiritual progress of disciples. But the path to spirituality is beyond mind. All methods done using mind are not able to progress sadhaka in right direction. So external help of guru is important for this. Here, shaktipat, which is a method of flowing prana energy into disciple by external help of Master.

Been there! - done that!
When I met my spiritual teacher, he ask me why I was carrying
around all that unnecessary baggage. He told me to find the nearest trash dumpster and get rid of it.
He said that if I truly wanted to find God I didn't need Prahna's, Siddhis, Mantras, Magic, Illusion, such stuff is made up of the elements. Since God contained none of the elements they were unnecessary on the journey to find God.
Believe me when I say that I have I have met many Sages,
Swamis, and Gurus.
A true Guru is one that will take the unnecessary things you don't need and discard them. A true Guru has nothing to offer you except the "Wisdom" to aid you in your journey to find God.

To understand shaltipat or to reach kundalini, u should come out of your body and look at it , see the difference between you and your body, identify the needs of your body and yourself , when you realize the body needs are not your needs then you are on the first step of shaktipat and kundalini. Practise this and get back to me for second step.
