Aliens didn't have Nazis unless the Aliens were Nazis!

That's simply not the case. I have quite a DVD collection, and there are many great films here that have nothing whatever to do with Nazis. (Where are the Nazis in "The Robe"?)

However, there are a lot of movies which have been made about World War II, and obviously it is not easy to tell a story about that period in history and ignore the Nazis. Even if you set the story in the Pacific theater, references to the European war will probably come up.

Why so many about WWII? We love stories of heroes and villains, and there were so very many around at that time.

All the best films don't have Nazis in them. Some do, most don't. By the way, The Robe was set in a period about 2000 years before the Nazis came along. I don't think there were Nazis in the Roman Empire.

Most classic stories are based on a struggle between good vs evil, right vs wrong. I've not seen those crappy movies but i am assuming the Nazis were used to portray the evil/wrong.

Omigod! is that all of them?

I'd have thought the list would be quite a bit longer.

But you're sure right about the Robe...oy! all those Nazis!
