i'm working on getting a six pack and so far it's going well, but i have a question about the food i should eat at lunch. i'm in 8th grade and our cafeteria only serves hamburgers, pizza, bagels, pretzels, pick up stix (occasionaly), and burritos (occasionaly). i'm getting a burger every day because of protien, if it really is meat, i'm not sure... but if you could tell me which lunch option and why otherwise i'm gonna have to make my own lunch in the morning and carry it around all day.

I say make your own lunch beacuse all the stuff you stateeed do not sound quite healthy and get as much protein in your diet to help with the muscle building. It's better anyway to make your own lunch and it's probably more healthy and fresh.

Depends on the person, but I like foot throws. You lay on the floor and put your feet up. grab a friends ankles and they throw your feet at the ground. You have to keep your feet from touching the ground and bring feet up again.

get hamburger and take off bread. you can take some whole wheat bread with you to replace it. take some salad with you.
