OK.. I always do the protein diet. you loose around 4 punds per week and is very flexible and u never feel hungry cuz u can always eat something. For me is the best. It consists in this: If the food is practically 100% protein you can eat it any amount any times in the day: This will includes: all cheeses, meats (even sausages, pork, etc, all the meats can be fried, any way u want to cook them as long it is without sugars or bread)) eggs, chicken, fish, any kind of meats, green veggies, almonds, diet sodas, teas and coffee everything sweeted with splenda, equal etc), peanut butter, chicken, meat broth, lemonade (as long as it doesn't have real sugar) butters, oils, vinegar, etc etc, and of course including any 0 calories drinks... sugar free jellos, and Tridents, etc.

ALL these foods u can eat them as much u want during the day, these are considered 0 points of carbs.

Anyways.. there are some other foods that doesnt have many points of carbs so u can eat them but with limits.... u shouldn't pass 20 to 25 points of carbs during the day. And actually u should eat 20 points a day so u are not eating just proteins and loose so much energy and other nutrients.

1 package of Soda Crackers: 7 pts
1/4 glass of milk (any kind): 3 pts
1 tomatoe: 4 pts
1 arepa (venezuelan corn bread): 5 points -I love it and eat it for breakfast everymorning -2 arepas- filled with butter, cheese, eggs, or meat. U can find the corn flour to make them in the Latin food section of the supermarkets.
1 Olive: 1 point
Pineapple: 1 portion: 5 pts
Passion Fruit juice 1 glass: 5 pts

Note: There are some chocolates that are 0 carbs and u can eat them as much as u want ... uwould have to check em out at ur area.

Soooooooo: it sounds crazy to eat all the above and loose weight right? For all this weird food chemistry to work for u to lose weight u have to completly avoid: X SUGARS ANY! BREADS! PASTAS, ETC ETC... ANYTHING CONTAINING ANY SUGARS OR BREAD! if you do it's like a portion of any of these is like 40 points! JUST a spoon of sugar is 40 points of carbs! (think sugar that is even added to any sweets, recipes, ketchup (u could buy Sugar-free ketchup), etc etc. CERO bread even light ones... those fiber ones.. ¨diet¨ones... if u do all the eated above will just add up as calories and u will gain weight.!

It's simple... my dad lost 70 pounds with it and I have lost 14 pounds...

Just check that ur in good health, before starting.

GOOD LUCK with my venezuelan diet!

Ohhhh I forgot! when u go out u can drink any kind of wine, champagne and vodka! Every glass is just 1 point! sweeet

and cognac is 0

etc etc ...

you could look for nutrition websites or books or even better a nutritionist, the last may cost some though. the amount of meals and proteins in each meal depends on your body habitus and daily calorie expense, good luck
