I haven't tried freezing roasted corn, but I have certainly frozen cooked corn. It will last for a few months with no problem....my former mum-in-law used to cut corn off the cob and freeze it in freezer bags after she cooked it. That way she had yummy fresh corn all year long.

Cut it off the cob, place in a plastic bag, then put in a freezer bag. It will freeze just fine. To reheat, either use a pan or pop it in the microwave with some butter.

Yes corn needs to be at least pare boiled to freeze which is bringing water to a boil with the corn in it. So you can freeze your corn for later.

Absolutely!! Freeze it. It will hold up very well since it has already been cooked ( cooking inactivates those pesky enzymes which cause off flavors and color issues)
Make sure you wrap it well ( keep air out) and freeze as fast as possible.

Sure you can. Just mark the date and freeze it in a freezer tight bag and use within the month. Delish!

Yep, no problem. Every time you cook and refreeze you lose some nutrition, but it's still fine. I usually freeze veggie leftovers and accumulate them until I have enough for soup.

Yes you can, but be aware that the texture(if not the flavor) will change once you thaw it out to eat again. Just reheat in microwave.

Yes, you can. Usually it has to be blanched first, but since it's cooked, it's fine. You may consider takign it off the cob, first, though, but it's not required.
