How can I listen to my iTunes music on another computer or PSP with MyTunes RSS?

I am trying to listen to my itunes music on my psp using MyTunes RSS. It works when I am using the network the server is on, but it does not work when I use another network connection. I tried the external address given but it doesn't work. I then tried on another computer on another network but it didn't work. It is suppose to work anywhere. Any suggestions?

If it is supposed to work everywhere then you must make your PC /myTunes RSS turn your PC into a web server. You should probably contact them for assistance.
