i just got scammed. i bought this e-book lose 20 pounds in 10 days by using my dad's credit card. unfortunately i made the payment to pen pal which was processed but i goy nothing. no download nothing. i am so scared right now. the payment wil be shown on the credit card bill and my dad will kill me. is there anyway to get my money back and not have it shown on the bill. i am feeling so miserable. i dont know why i did this. PLLZZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELPPPPPPP1

It's not a paypal problem. They did what you asked them to do. Yes, it will show on your dad's statement. Even if you can get it reversed, which you might be able to since the seller didn't deliver as promised, it would still show - as a charge, then as a credit.

But you might as well 'fess up. Your dad won't kill you. He'll be angry, as he should be, at you for doing something like this.

You had to know he'd find out eventually. What was your plan for when he did?

Double check emails and contact the seller, sometimes ebooks take a little while to be delivered and are not automatic. Whether or not the seller delivered, it would still show on the credit card. I would tell your dad and see if he can help. Besides how much could it have cost? A couple bucks for an ebook?

Paypal are purely masking their backs even as they watch for communique from the broking.They pronounced this to me yet whilst the dispute had run out of time and the broking hadn't contacted me or them then I on the instant have been given my money lower back.
