I adore my parents, they are two of my best friends and favourtie people. If I end up half the person they are I will be happy. I also have a brother that I think is the cat's pyjamas.
As for my little one - I would die for him. (And probably kill!) The motherly instinct is very strong!
I feel sorry for any people that don't get along with their parents (my in-laws are argumentative and high maintenance) and it is such a shame because they are soooo missing out on one of the best things in life.
Blood is thicker than water. Family isn't everything, it's the only thing.

I dont have children but it feel's like it because of the fact that my mother walked out before my sister was 1. she is almost 8 so ya i love her with all my heart!
my father: i love him so much for the fact that he had raised me and my two other sisters.my one sister was disabled and cant walk. he is a blessing from god.
my mother: i can honestly say i hate her. i know that hate is a really strong word but there is nothing good about her. if my mother can walk away from 3 children and then give one up for adoption who wouldnt like her...

I love my child, and the one growing inside of me. My parents are a different story. They have done some horrible things to me and my sister, and to themselves and each other. It's a tricky situation.
