this is the recipe that I'm using

Servings: 4
1 Tablespoon cooking oil
½ lb. boneless chicken breast
¼ cup carrots
½ cup celery
¼ cup mushrooms
6 oz. thin egg noodles

Noodle sauce:
1 cup Chicken broth (or water)
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Marinade:
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon cornstarch

It sounds okay- the chowmein recipe i used turned out tasting very, very salty, so i would go with water instead of chicken broth, and it's generally not a daily dish, due to the high salt content, and it's generally high fat as well

This looks like a good recipe! Use reduced salt soy sauce should help with the sodium, but other than that, consider this a good, healthy choice! Enjoy every bite!

Sounds great:

Chicken broth *
oyster sauce*
Soy sauce*

*May add a lot of salt. Use sparingly.
