You can believe in anything you want and it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. It's good to come up with your own beliefs. Look at all the thousands of different versions of religions there are in the world. Not everyone is right, but then again they are. Who's to say who is and isn't right? Whatever you choose to believe in is up to you, and totally you. Once you research the bible for yourself you'll find that it's not what you think it is. Definitely not what you were told. Make up your own mind and always try to do the right thing and you'll be fine!

That does sound strange since Jesus was in the bible. Now if you said you believe in god and not Jesus then yes that would be fine.

Yes I believe 100% in the Bible it is a fact not fiction. Ask God for the gift of the Holy spirit to help you gain Revelation knowledge from reading the Bible if you do that with a sincere heart. I guarantee you will see for yourself that the Bible is indeed alive. It will talk through the Word and make 100% sense to you. May God bless you spiritually.

It is strange not to believe in the teachings of God and Jesus, but to still believe in their existence. Perhaps you don't believe in miracles, but then a computer avatar (a character in a computer game) probably wouldn't believe in a 'cheat' until a user activates one. Seeing is believing. This is a problem because Jesus' and other incarnations of God do not manifest upon the earth very often. The only way to understand things you can't fathom is to find more information. The religious scriptures are the main source of information. If the bible doensn't do it for you, try Hindu or Buddhist scriptures.

Even Satan believes in the God and Jesus and Satan knows the scriptures as well. Satan is doomed and vows to take as many souls as he can with him. The bible is where you find out who God and Jesus are. Many people do not read the bible and try to only think of who God and Jesus is. Biblical understanding is the way to Know God and then you can make Him Known.

Most Christians do not believe in a literal interpretation of the Bible. A literally true Bible requires an acceptance of paradoxes, ambiguities, contradictions, untruths and the total rejection of all sciences, mathematics and much history and geography.

The Bible as a guide to religion and life is fine but don't believe everything it says - no-one with even half a brain can do that.

The Bible is hard to "believe" because it was written so long ago and most of it has to do with what was happening then.
Though if you could figure out what the writers meant a lot of it would probable help people today understand their problems and thoughts.
There are people studying the Bible all the time and trying to get the words a phrases translated so we can understand them today.
There are also a lot of parts of the Bible that are not written because the men who put it together many many years ago thought that parts were not important to them, most of that being about women.

The Bible was written by men about God and Jesus take it for what it is worth but I have no doubt the the writers were prone to exaggeration just as they are today.
I agree there had to be a creator and Jesus is a great teacher.
