It's ok. As long as he still loves Jesus. He needs to go to a non denominational church.

All organized religions do have Man's input in them. I could tell you more details but it would offend a lot of people. And maybe yourself.

People have many different opinions of the interpretation of the bible. That's why there is so many different organizations. This could be what he sees is wrong. Does he give a reason why?

Do not believe in anything but The Holy Triune God. Accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior. And Read His Word daily,Meditate on it day and night. And throughout the day talk to God simply like any Extremely Very Best Friend and that is all you really need to do. And guard your heart ; Dark heart, Iron hand.
Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

hell does not exist, organized religion is "hell" look at all the war and hate that has come from organized religion, historically it has probably been the biggest cause of conflict, people have killed each other over beliefs for thousands of years

Religion merely provides a forum through which we worship God corporately.

So,.....does he believe in disorganized religion?
There's plenty of churches around of all different kinds. Help him find one to his liking.
Or better, yet, ask him what is it about churches that he finds objectionable?
His answer will probably tell you whether he's saved or not.

I think that as long as he believes in God and has his own relationship with God then he's perfectly fine.
