If they said "Unmitsa" that would mean you are a very smart baby boy. (With affection, of course)
But, i think, this is an affectionate form from Umka...
And Umka was a cute polar bear cub in the old Russian animated cartoon...
In any case, someone is trying to be very sweet to you.

Someone wants to tell you that you are smart and, besides, it is a very nice, caressing expression as to a child, like "sweetie",etc.
