weights first then cardio.
do light weight training, many reps, 2-3 sets
cardio - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min)

start with weights first as you need as much energy as you can get. stick with 2 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise.
then you can finish with cardio.

as for times, try 2 full body weight sessions a week. exercises can include chest press, push ups, pulldown, seated row, squat, legpress, lunge. mix it up so you don't get bored. each session will take about 30 mins

with cardio, try for 30 mins moderate intensity after weights, and aim for another 2-3 x 1 hr cardio sessions during the week.

tie this all in with a sensible eating plan and you'll be well on the way to a new body.

it doesnt matter which one you do first you should do at least 45 min of cardio because your body doesnt start burning fat untill after 30 min of running. Then pair the cardio with strength training, try arm bands they have worked wonders for me. also try turbo jam,i love it go here for more. www.beachbody.com they also have more exercise tapes for whatever you like to enjoy, and do atleast of 30 min for strength training hope it helps!
