The skin between my toes is split, and other than that my feet are fine. It feels sort of like a paper cut. :( This has happened once before, and I didn't have any other problems with my feet then, either.

The only thing I've noticed with my feet is that sometimes they're swollen and red, but that doesn't happen all that often.

I don't have diabetes or athletes foot, and my feet aren't really dry, either.

Any idea what's caused this? Also, what should I do about it? It's bothering me, especially when I walk... I was thinking of putting some of that liquid bandaid stuff on it?

You are most likely molting, and soon will shed your outer epidermis and will have a shiny new coat

skin that splits between the toes is athletes foot. you have to keep your feet very clean to help get rid of it, washing at least twice a day, and get some good otc remedy for it and dont dry your feet with the same towel more than once.

Perhaps you have athlete's foot. Put some Tineactin or other athlete's foot medicine on it and it should go away. It is picked up by going barefoot so wear thongs in strange showers and in yours also for now until it is gone.

This could be a mild case of Tinea Pedis (athletes foot). Best to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Best wishes.
