my parents sent me to a boys' school and I'm a social retard at 23. How do I catch up to normal men? Any crash courses?

Nope. All we want is for guys to be themself.
Surely you know your strengths by now...are you quick-witted & funny? Are you sympathetic? Romantic? A great flirt? Good at double entendres?

Use your strengths to get noticed, and build from there.
