find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i chanced on the e book to be very informative and elementary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely in contact that i'm dropping too lots weight, too right now. i'm going to confess i haven't observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet often) and doing little or no exercising, however the load keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i'd observed it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me as a results of quantity that i'd lose. So thank you returned for the help. i've got on no account offered something like this in the past because of the fact they're many times comprehensive of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start in the present day!

thats right csi. diet and exercise. diet and exercise. diet... and exercise. give yourself a routine. im doing 100 pushups and 300 crunches a day, with a 1.5 mile run. Any kind of good regimen like that will do just fine. eat a good breakfast, dont eat past 730 pm.
