oatmeal with cinnamon & raisins, an orange, an apple, a pear, some hamburger helper, & a salad.

i also exercised some.

If you ate 3 square meals and digested every thing its okay. Make sure you get enough vitamins and minerals too. Exercise is great as long as you don't over do it. I'm only 12 and i already have a 2 pack of abs just from dancing about an hour a day. So find food you like and is healthy and exercise that is fun. Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water!!!!!!

All of it was very healthy...except the hamburger helper. A lot of starch and fat in it. Try making your own casseroles and use low fat, low cholesteral things to put in it.

it may sound like a lot
but it wasn't
really you only ate 6 items today
and while fruit are high in carbs...it might not have been enough if you exercised also... go look in your fridge and pick you out a snack!

If the hamburger helper had whole grain pasta it would be better...

no. but I'd bump up the veggies and back down on the fruit a bit tomorrow.... dont' forget your calcium sources (milk, chz, etc.)

well you are supposed to have a good amount of calories everyday which is 10,000 calories............... if you feel all right and that is about the same amount of food that you usaully eat then i guess not

Yeah thats a lot, even I'm big and I don't eat all of that. But at least you exercised it off though.
