First drain off most of your bacon fat, leaving about 2 - 3 tablespoons in skillet. Sprinkle about 2 - 3 tablespoons flour into grease, stirring & scraping bottom til all the yummy cruchies are mixed in. Slowly add a little milk at a time, stirring constantly til desired thickness ( you can add more flour & milk accordingly for however much gravy you need) Sprinkle well with fresh ground pepper, then serve hot w/biscuits......Enjoy!!
You can also substitute strong coffee for the milk & have "red-eye gravy"....

To make a Tennessee style gravy, it is simple. Have some bacon grease in the pan. Add your flour, (about 1/4 cup) add your pepper and salt.
Let that flour turn a real dark brown. Some people throw their milk in right away, that causes lumps. Also, it gets thick way too quick. Let that flour almost burn, but not quite. Stir it around the middle of the pan.
Then you will need to add about a cup and 1/2 of milk over three pours. Add just a little on the first pour and stir it real fast. Then add a little more on the second pour, the whole time you must be stirring the gravy. Then pour in the rest.
Stay at about medium high on temp until your last pour, then reduce the heat to low. You might even take it off the eye of the stove for about 10 seconds after your last pour. Then put it back on the eye at a low temp.

You'll need...
1 cup milk + 1 cup water combined
3 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons bacon grease
salt and pepper
Cook the flour and grease over medium heat until brown.
The consistency should be fairly loose and not lumpy.
When you've reached the color you want, slowly add the water/milk stirring until it's all mixed in. Add a little more... and stir in... and finally add the rest in.
Stir to dissolve any lumps and let it cook until you have gravy.
Don't cook it too thick since it will thicken more when it cools down.
Salt and pepper to taste.

I love bacon gravy!
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2-4 Tbsp. flour (depending on how thick you like it)
2 cups beef broth
Make a roux out of the drippings and 2 Tbsp. flour. After it gets bubbly, slowly pour in the broth while whisking constantly. Let that cook a bit and check for consistency. You can always whisk in a bit more flour and cook more.
Enjoy!

I don't know but you can get some gravy from those microwave steaks and pour out the gravy so it can be easier. But whats good if you make a bacon and cheese sandwich with bacon, sliced cheese, tomatoes, and bread. That is fyyyyyyyyy.

Make a white sauce--it's 2 cups milk, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, and 1/4 cup flour.
Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan, stir in flour until smooth & bubbly. Add milk a little at a time, blending well with a whisk each time. Simmer until thickened, and season as desired with salt & pepper./

Well, the best gravy for buscuits is sausage, but I would say to do it the same way you do for sausage gravy. I would however not use all of the grease from the bacon.
