I'm 12 and in the 6th grade. I'm 5 feet 5 inches. I'm 108 pounds and I think i'm fat. I have larger thighs but my mom says it muscle just because I used to play soccer. I want to lose weight and be at the most 80 pounds. Can you help me with a diet? I can't run or anything gin the mornings because I have to go to school. I tried eating less. Like for example I eat a pop-tart every morning for breakfast, I eat just a salad, 3 oranges, milk, and a meat product. for dinner I have a meat product, fruit, and a side dish of most of the time alfredo or noodles like that. I don't eat much but I still have to much fat on me. I od have alot of water and milk. I don't eat much for a snake but a serving size of chips or something. I play outside - basketball, or jumprope, or something - for atleast an hour. please help me!
